Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We use trusted international and regional courier services to deliver your order safely and promptly. 

• Europe area: 7–10 business days
• Middle East area: 7–14 business days
• South Africa: 10–18 business days

Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
You will be informed at checkout or in your order confirmation email if your product is being shipped from our global warehouse.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination country, delivery zone, and the total packed size and weight of your order.

We use a smart weight system that calculates shipping charges based on both actual weight and volumetric (cubic) weight according to our courier partners’ pricing rules.

How Shipping Is Calculated

 • A courier processing fee based on zone and weight range

Your delivery address is matched to a courier zone using international carrier databases, and the correct shipping rate is applied automatically.

Free Shipping (Coming Soon)
We plan to introduce free shipping for Australian orders over $XXX.00 once we’ve gathered enough real delivery data to properly validate a sustainable threshold.

Our goal is to roll this out this year, once we have confirmed shipping behavior across all zones, weights, and delivery distances.

Until then, all customers receive real courier-based shipping rates, calculated directly from our live system.

Order Processing Times

Shipping Policy – International Orders
All orders paid for and shipped from ecotanka to international destinations include all importation costs in the final price. This covers GST or VAT, customs clearance fees, and any applicable duties or tariffs.
